He is also Senior Advisor of RSM Strategic Business Advisors Sdn Bhd.
Dato’ Mohammed Hussein spent 31 years with the Maybank Group and held various management positions including Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Malaysian Operations, Managing Director of Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad and, prior to his retirement in January 2008, was Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer of Maybank.
Dato’ Mohammed Hussein graduated with Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 1970. He also completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program in 2003. |

The Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. She is the Group Managing Director of the Quill Group of Companies (“Quill Group”) and the co-founder of the Quill Group and an Interior Designer by profession. She also holds directorships in all the companies in the Quill Group and various private limited companies.
She started her career with MAA Architect in 1981 and in 1986 set up Quill Design. The Quill Group was set up in 1988. The Quill Group is involved in integrated property development, construction, interior design and architectural services. She is in charge of the group’s strategic planning and manages the finance, administration, legal, property development, building construction and renovation, procurement and project management of the Quill Group.
In 2009, Dato’ Dr. Jennifer Low, J.P. received the Women Entrepreneur Award. She was also conferred in January 2010 the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Design from Millennium International University, State of Delaware, U.S.A. |

The Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. He is the Group Executive Director of Quill Group of Companies (“Quill Group”) and one of the two founding partners of the Quill Group. He holds directorships in all the companies in the Quill Group and various private limited companies.
The Quill Group was set up in 1988. The Quill Group is involved in integrated property development, construction, interior design and architectural services. The Quill Group’s strength lies in the integration of IT services into the building environment and is currently practicing the ‘Own, Build and Lease’ model for its developments. A Corporate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and Institut Perekabentuk Dalaman (IPDM), Dato’ Michael Ong is responsible for and has extensive experience in the design, detailing and construction of properties within the Quill Group.
Educated in the United Kingdom, Dato’ Michael Ong graduated as a Chartered Architect in 1982 and practiced in London until 1984 when he returned to Malaysia. |

The Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. Mr Wen is the Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited (listed on the SGX-ST). He is concurrently the Deputy Chairman of CapitaLand Commercial Limited. He is also a Director of Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited (the manager of Ascott Residence Trust listed on the SGX-ST) and CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaCommercial Trust listed on the SGX-ST).
Prior to his appointment as Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited, Mr Wen has held several senior appointments within the CapitaLand Group including CEO of CapitaLand Commercial Limited, CEO of CapitaLand Financial Limited and Deputy Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. Over the preceding three years, Mr Wen was previously on the boards of Australand Holdings Limited (listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the SGX-ST), CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the manager of CapitaMall Trust listed on the SGX-ST) as an alternate director to Mr Kee Teck Koon and The Link Management Limited (the manager of The Link Real Estate Investment Trust listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) as an alternate director to Mr Liew Mun Leong. Before joining the CapitaLand Group, Mr Wen was with the Ministry of National Development.

The Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. Currently, Datuk Karim serves as an Advisor to the Peremba group of companies.
In a career spanning over forty (40) years, Datuk Karim has served in the Department of Drainage and Irrigation in Kedah and Kelantan. He is experienced in the field of hydrology and hydraulics, having served on the Kemubu Drainage Irrigation and Muda River projects in Kelantan and Kedah respectively from the years 1965 to 1973. Subsequently, he joined Rakyat Corporation Sdn Bhd in 1973 as a general manager and was involved in the development of Bank Rakyat building and the Angkasaraya building amongst others. From the years 1980 to 1999, Datuk Karim served at executive levels with numerous developers such as TTDI Development Sdn Bhd, PGK Sdn Bhd, Peremba Development Sdn Bhd and Cyberview Sdn Bhd where he held positions such as General Manager, Managing Director, Executive Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively. In 1999, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, the master developer of the Cyberjaya Flagship Zone to spearhead the development.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth College of Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Hydraulic Engineering from Delft Technological University in Holland. |

The Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. Datuk Dr Mohamed Arif is also a Director on the Board of Silterra Sdn Bhd, a majority Khazanah-owned wafer fabrication company, a former Board member of MOL Access Portal Berhad, the Chairman of MYCNX Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd and is the Chairman of SGIS Sdn Bhd, a professional company specialising in satellite and land information systems.
Datuk Dr Mohamed Arif had been a lecturer, Assistant Professor and later the Head of the Communications Engineering Department in the University of Technology, Malaysia. He then joined MIMOS in 1986 and was the Deputy Director-General when he left MIMOS in 1996. He joined Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (“MDC”) in 1996 as the Senior Vice-President and from 2003 to 2005, held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the MDC, the onestop agency for realising the MSC. Under his leadership, he has streamlined MDC’s organisational structure to better reflect MDC’s aims and strategies in achieving the ‘MSC Next Leap’ as well as for greater functional effectiveness. A major initiative taken was the creation of the Marketing and Branding Division within MDC to better promote and position MSC as the global hub and preferred location for the Information & Communication Technology and multimedia innovation, services and operations.
He holds a PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University in England. |

The Independent Non-Executive Director of QCM. He was an executive director of NV Multi from 2003 to 2004 and was the non-executive director of Equine Capital Berhad from 2003 to 2008. Currently, he is also a Non-Executive Director of Pelikan International Corporation Berhad and NV Multi Corporation Berhad.
He started his career in Hanafiah Raslan Mohd & Partners in 1969. In 1972, he joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an audit senior and was appointed as a Director in 1987. He was admitted as a Partner in 1991 and retired from the partnership in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2002. He has extensive knowledge in the audit of companies in various industries covering manufacturing, financial, insurance, telecommunication, housing development and plantation. He was also involved in due diligence, acquisitions and listing of companies.
He is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, United Kingdom. |

Before this, he held senior positions at the Singapore Embassy in Japan and Singapore’s Economic Development Board.
Mr Ee holds a Master degree in Engineering from the Graduate School of Tokyo Institute of Technology. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2007. |

The Alternate Director to Dato’ Dr. Jennifer Low, J.P. Currently he sits on the Board of Malaysian Building Society Berhad (MBSB) and serves as the Advisor to the Quill Group of Companies.
He began his career in 1970 as an Audit Senior in London and later with Ernst & Whinney, an international public accounting firm in Singapore and London. He served in RHB Bank Berhad for 21 years between 1978 and 1999, holding various senior management positions in financial management, banking, finance and leasing. He was the Senior General Manager of Branch Network and Risk Management before his optional retirement in November 1999.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). |
